Some features are not backwards compatible between Cortex-M4 and STAR procesor:
• The Security extension is a new feature of ARMv8-M
• The MPU programmer’s model in PMSAv8 is not compatible with PMSAv7 supported by Cortex-M4
• The breakpoint and watchpoint programmer’s model defined in ARMv8-M is not backwards compatible with ARMv7-M.
• STAR does not support Flash Patch
• STAR does not support bit-banding
• STAR does not include an HTM interface
