cd pybind11
mkdir build
cd build
cmake-gui ..

with options

PYBIND11_CPP_STANDARD /std:c++11 # default c++14
PYTHON_EXECUTABLE /usr/bin/python3.5
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX /usr/local

install

make and install

make -j8
sudo make install

install to /usr/local/include/pybind11 with only include and /usr/local/share/cmake/pybind11
