These things have nothing to do with ARM - they are the business of the particular chip manufacturer.

The information you require will be found in the manufacturer's documentation for the particular chip.
Manufacturers generally also provide Application Notes, Examples, etc to assist you in using their products - you need to make yourself familiar with what's available.
